All examples will use the fictitious person Bill Jones, having the fictitious bill@acme.com POP3 account. Substitute your own information in place of this.

1. Select the Edit menu and choose Preferences bottom

2. Double-click Mail & Newsgroups and choose Identity

3. Fill in the Your name: box with your name, and fill in the Email address: box with the email address you set up in Account Management. The Signature File is optional.

4. Choose Mail Servers, and fill in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: box with the SMTP server provided by your dialup provider. Full System does not provide a relaying SMTP server in order to reduce Spam and Junk-Mail. Your dialup provider should have an SMTP server for your use.

5. Click the Add button. Substitute your own information in place of acme.com=bill.
